We can do just about any type of computer repair remotely over the Internet. The only time we are unable to fully repair computers are when hardware issues are at fault, such as a failing hard drive. Physical problems  may require you  to send us your computer in for repair, but if it’s a software based issue then rest assured, we can most likely help.
